1.Let go of the need to succeed

Success is wonderful but the constant thought of needing to succeed can itself lead you to stress and pressure. Don’t put yourself under pressure to succeed, let go and be free. Success is a result of habits and life goals, get those in line and steadily work on what you want to achieve. Pressuring yourself emotionally and mentally will not get you there.

2. Pay yourself

From the moment we wake up we are paying someone for something, always on the case to try and make things work. Everyday you pay the world with your skills, time, presence and generally money to make the deal sweet. In all this you can forget to pay the one person that is always in need of some value which is you. Pay yourself often with a holiday, dinner, ice-cream, laughs, love and just some peace and quiet to help you along the journey of life.

3. Challenge yourself to different levels

Don’t just stay in one position, try to make things work by ensuring that you move from different levels. Every year make realistic goals but don’t aim to stay in the same place, learn something new, do something different and go somewhere you have never gone. When you do this you will find that you are living life and not just a passenger.

4. Always give something away

The beauty of life is in the things we give for free without expectation. The balance of life is found in the beauty of life. You won’t know how beautiful life is until you begin to appreciate it, and the easiest way to appreciate life is to give and see how those who truly need what you give will appreciate. Don’t just buy yourself food, but buy the person you saw sitting on the corner. This is the best way to make a difference.

5. Sleep often

Your body is your carrier and it needs rest. You need to rest so that you can go to the next level. If you don’t rest someone else will take your rest from you. Sleep during the week, have a lazy day, find time to rejuvenate yourself, when you are gone the world will still turn and you will stull
